As time allows we will be adding to this section.
Currently it will only contain a couple of sketches (they have dimension and are starting to form true design in the Mind)
The idea is to modify existing plans to accommodate separate units allowing for 12 or more residences of 1100SqFt or more.
It is wholly possibly to keep each "House" as it's own unit as well.
The point of this mental exercise is to work towards National Housing Strategy Funding (NHS) while allowing maximum space and options for all tenants. That way those who can afford more will pay more, thus subsidizing the "Affordable" units.
